Every year, we holiday. We learn new cultures, we experience new sights and sounds, and we embark on new adventures with our friends and families. This year, sadly, due to the spread of coronavirus through all areas of our lives, the numbers of us holidaying will be drastically different. And whist this pandemic is having dramatic consequences for all of us in the tourism industry, our best wishes are with those affected by the virus.
Now, due to new social distancing measures across all business areas and most locations in which we operate, our teams are compromised, therefore usual response and confirmation times have been affected greatly. We are asking all Owners, Members, Guests, Agents and Partners not to contact us by phone, however restricting all communications to email reservationhub@absolute-destinations.com. We assure you all emails will be read, prioritised and responded to accordingly as and whenever possible.
For those of you who have planned your holiday with us, we have of course suspended until further notice, ourĀ inboundĀ cancellation and rebooking fee policies, and we will not be applying any rebooking fees. If you are no longer able to travel to one of our resorts, please notify us by email and you will be welcome to rebook your holiday at a later date when you are allowed to do so both by your local and resort governments, availability allowing. We urge you to continue dreaming of your next holiday and plan it for the time after the coronavirus crisis.
